Canadian Parents for French NB is alleging that a pilot program has replaced the French Immersion program at Maplehurst middle school in Moncton for the last two years.

They say students have been getting 25% of teaching in French rather than 75%.

@robhoadley @premierbhiggs @bhogan1961 I completed FI from grades 1-12. It encouraged me to spend a month in France with a host family when I was 16, encouraged me to do public speaking (in my 2nd language!), and was central to being able to work bilingually in Communications. FI works!
