Visually impaired and starting #Mounjaro? Three things: you may be able to learn independent injection with accessible instruction; don’t compare your journey; and you don’t need it all figured out on day one. Take it one step at a time. #AccessibleHealthcare
I used to wear mainly black because I was told it makes you look slimmer. Now I feel more confident in my body, so I’m daring to wear more colour! 💗🌈 #BodyConfidence#StyleConfidence#WearWhatYouLove
Showing up for yourself isn’t always about smashing a workout or nailing meal prep. What’s one thing you can do today for yourself and your goals?

My #Mounjaro journey is about so much more than how I look. More energy, massively improved fitness and better overall health. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to improve physically. #FitnessJourney#HealthJourney
Challenge accepted… Though when you can’t see, balance can be even more of a challenge. Would anyone be able to stand on one leg for 10 seconds with their eyes closed?
Adults who could successfully stand on one leg for 10 seconds had an 46% lower risk of dying from any cause compared with those who couldn’t complete the test.
I find this fascinating because it shows how much information can be captured by a very simple measure of physical function.
It’s another reminder that balance is probably a meaningful marker of overall health and resilience, especially as we get older.
I used to hate maths, but some numbers fascinate me! I’ve been using the @HumeHealth Hume Pod + Band 2.0 and love seeing the patterns in my health data. Not sponsored — just something I’ve found genuinely useful on my fitness journey. #HealthData#FitnessJourney
The thing I hear more than anything when I’m out talking to people is just how expensive everyday life has become.
The weekly shop. The commute to work. A trip into town with the kids. Too many people are doing everything right and still finding there’s not enough left at the end of the month.
That has to change.
My number one priority is giving people some room to breathe on the cost of living. That means taking the big decisions needed to make Britain better off, but it also means fixing the everyday things that quietly take money out of people’s pockets.
We've already announced a £2 cap on bus fares in England and a tax cut on electricity bills. And last week, we announced new rules to stop people being trapped in subscriptions they don’t want and a crackdown on fake discounts that make you think you’re getting a bargain when you’re not.
And there’s much more to come.
Because when someone tells me something is making their life harder or more expensive, I don’t think the answer from government should be to shrug its shoulders and say that’s just how things are.
One of the reasons I’m spending this summer getting out across the country is to hear directly from people about what else needs to change.
The best ideas don’t all come from Westminster. More often than not, they come from the people dealing with these problems every day.
So if you see me out and about, come and tell me what you think.
We won’t fix everything overnight. But wherever my government can make life a little easier, fairer or more affordable, we will.
That’s how we give people room to breathe and start bringing back hope.
The opportunity only comes once you seek it. If it doesn't knock, you need to build a door. Most people dabble through life waiting for something without actually realising you need to believe it's there in the first place..

Body dysmorphia is real — even for someone who is severely sight-impaired. It can be hard to know when to switch from fat loss to maintenance when the numbers going down can feel addictive.
Don’t compare your journey. You are unique and beautiful. ❤️ #AuthenticallyInes
