@NettyD15 @united You're exactly right because we didn't. They wouldn't even come work the counters to talk to passengers after they canceled half the morning flights. The behavior is outrageous. That 16 yr old was stranded in the airport for 35 hours with no adult.

@united almost 14hr delay and all we get is this crappy message. This of course was aft the morning flight being canceled, rebooking to the evening flight and that being delayed for hours. Given a standby seat to only be asked to vacate it because you made a counting error.
