@eon_next Not unless you can explain why eon having a 7.2 billion network profit this year but are still charging ridiculous amounts to customers who are struggling.

[Lisa Helen Gray @AuthorLisaHGray]

@eon_next Thanks E.ON Next for my £278.16 energy bill today. Merry Christmas to you. Looking forward to seeing your profits from 2023 in 2024.
Heating will definitely be going off December 31st because I refuse to fill your pockets.
£3,318.09 I've paid in energy this year.

[Lisa Helen Gray @AuthorLisaHGray]

@netflix @NetflixUK Seriously, I want a refund. Your system is saying your app is up and running. Gaslighting much.

[Lisa Helen Gray @AuthorLisaHGray]

@eon_next I've written a complaint and will be contacting a Ombudsman if it's not resolved by next week. I've taken screenshots before anyone thinks to remove them like they did before

[Lisa Helen Gray @AuthorLisaHGray]

@eon_next No, it was done after my readings were done and I had the bills for them.

[Lisa Helen Gray @AuthorLisaHGray]

@Priceypea @eon_next I found out why all that extra money was being added each month. I give metre readings every month but then on the 1st, they still do an estimated reading that is way higher than the actual reading

[Lisa Helen Gray @AuthorLisaHGray]

Cannot wait to share this new release with you

[Lisa Helen Gray @AuthorLisaHGray]

@eon_next No, I do my metre readings on the same day every month without fail. So today I got my statement and bill. But in a weeks time, that will jump up and I'll owe more. It doesn't show what it is on my statement. Its not pending. It just gets added on. You're stealing.

So I just rewatched episode 10 of #VampireAcademy and now I’m sobbing because what if we never get them back?😭 It’s not an option, I will manifest them back myself if I must! #SaveVampireAcademy

[Lisa Helen Gray @AuthorLisaHGray]

@virginmedia Do you know when it will be fixed. If you want paying, I need to work and I can't do it with the WiFi down.

[Virgin Media ❤️ @virginmedia]

Unfortunately we have seen a repeat of an earlier issue which is causing intermittent broadband connectivity problems for some Virgin Media customers. We apologise again to those impacted, our teams are continuing to work flat out to find the root cause of the problem and fix it.

@julieplec I'm seriously devastated by the news. It's the first show in YEARS that was soo good, it became a binge watch show. You can watch it over and over and never get bored. This is so unfair to not only the hardworking cast, but to thousands of watchers who don't want to see it end
