Anytime one of my female friends either asks me, or shows openness to digging their way out of the deep programming of feminism, I send them a link to @Leonardaisfunny's YT channel, and tell them to binge a bunch of videos then get back to me in a week.

Unless they REALLY trust you and have an exceptionally open mind, it's almost always a more effective means of deprogramming to, rather than explain things to them from a man's perspective, have them consume the content of other women who do a good job explaining their own experiences, and the lessons they learned (since a big part of the feminism psyop is to train women to hate being "mansplained" to, and only trust other women)
