Sis to sis,
When you don't know what to do, that's not a sign you're failing. That's an invitation to trust.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding."
You don't have to have the whole plan. You just have to take His hand for the next step.
You still don't believe there is God?
There is God ooooh!
I've watched Him come through for me over and over again. Too many times to call it luck. Too many miracles to call them coincidences.
God is real.
If you want to stay hungry for God, then you have to stop snacking on sin.
"Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled." - Matthew 5:6
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Whatever it is you're facing right now, you don't have to face it in your own strength. Christ's strength is already available to you.
You don't need to feel strong before you begin. You just need to lean on the One who is.
Sis to sis ๐
Love the people around you as much as you claim to love God, and let it show.
If our love for God doesn't spill over into love for people, something isn't right.
Let your love be real. Let it be visible.
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Sis to sis,
This new week, trust God more.
Don't think you can do it all alone.
When it seems like it's not moving, still trust Him.
Trust God every day!
And I shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth my fruit in my season; my leaf also shall not whither; and whatsoever I doeth shall prosper.
This is my (our) testimony this week. ๐คญ๐
Sis to sis,
Things are hard out here right now; the prices, the pressure, the uncertainty. I know.
"Even though the fig tree does not bud... yet I will rejoice in the Lord." โ Habakkuk 3:17-18
Hold on, sis. He has kept us before. He'll keep us now.
Sis to sis,
You don't have to win every comparison. You just have to finish your own race.
"...Let us run with patience the race that is set before us." โ Hebrews 12:1
Keep your eyes on your own lane, sis. That's the only one you were given.
Your path was never supposed to look like hers, it was only ever supposed to look like yours.
So look at your own hands. Look at your own progress. Water your own garden.
Your season is coming, and it will fit you perfectly; because it was made for you.
Sis to sis,
Stop measuring your chapter 3 against her chapter 20.
You keep looking at her house, her marriage, her body, her business, her glow, and forgetting that you didn't see her chapter 3. You didn't see the night she cried. The doors that closed on her first.
The waiting she had to do before she got here.
Comparison will lie to you every single time. It will make her grace look like your lack. It will make your timing look like your failure.
But sis, God is not confused about your life. He didn't forget you while He was blessing her.
Sis to sis,
However today went (however messy, however slow) you made it through. That counts.
You don't have to fix everything before you rest. Let your shoulders drop. Let your mind get quiet. Tomorrow can carry tomorrow's work.
Sleep well, sis. You did enough today.
