@HARRISFAULKNER listening to your show right now and am having trouble with some of the statements. First as an employer in the US, you should not be hiring illegal aliens. You are required to ask for documentation. And that can mean a VISA or Green Card. And it must be valid. If you move forward and hire an immigrant, and the Visa expires, our HR department notifies us immediately. Either the employee gets the Visa extended or they are out of a job.
So how are these employers paying these illegal aliens-CASH? Are they paying taxes for them?
Second, there is no job Americans won't do. Maybe some prefer not to do certain jobs, but good working conditions and good pay appeal to all.
