It’s Aug 19 ! So now I have @ddlovato by my side 👊🏻 today I had a session with my therapist but got stuck and couldn’t explain how bad it’s going … on my to do list tomorrow is sending her an e mail. Stupid #autism holding me back to get the help I need right now :( #holyfvck

10 years ago there was Demi to save my live, getting me through it with her music. 9 years ago in psychiatric hospital her music helpt me recover and fight. Now Aug 19, life is horrible & worst than ever and yess @ddlovato is by my side again with #holyfvck Time to fight again👊🏻
