#ff7rebirthspoilers The sheer volume of emotional payoff you miss out on if you skip Aerith’s route in either Remake or Rebirth….like, if you don’t want to experience peak (canon route) writing, it’s really your loss 🧵:
One is romantic, and one isn't. Can you guess which?
If you picked the couple holding hands with their fingers intertwined...WRONG! 😂
The real romance is the handshake between the "false childhood friends." Peak media literacy. 🤣🤝
curiosidade: embora seja possível conversar com toda a party nesse segmento, uma breve cutscene mostra cloud olhando para aerith na praia. quando ele fica jogável novamente, continua posicionado diretamente a ela.
@zlinnnh0511 Even if you didn't get Aerith's date at the GS, he is so into this sequence with her he forgets that he's jealous and trying to act distant.
H: "Tifa and other characters will be highlighted"
Just like in the OG. I don't know what game these people played, but no, Tifa was never the main character in the last third, nor someone who leads or keeps the group together. In fact, she falls apart immediately, and she herself says she doesn't know what to do without Cloud telling her. The rest of the team is the one trying to cheer her up and keep her fighting. It's a fact that if you skip all the side quests and go straight to Mideel, her supposed "leadership" of the group doesn't last at all, because she abandons the group and stays in Mideel with Cloud as soon as they arrive. Her guilt, and seeing Cloud in the state he is in because she can't answer his questions firmly, consumes her and causes her to make self-centered decisions. What are they talking about keeping the group together? She doesn't care what happens to the others or the world because she's a sentimental person. She puts her personal interests and feelings before the fight and the well-being of the others. She never becomes a leader who guides or unites them, and the others understand that. Tifa isn't strong; she's not someone they can follow because she's not capable of keeping her cool when everything falls apart. That's Tifa's true personality; being strong and capable of anything is the mask she wears for others, but in reality, she's someone who crumbles very easily and is incapable of doing anything on her own, something she wants to change, and that's why she strives to find Cloud in the lifestream. If Tifa has an arc, it's this one: one of redemption for the failures she's committed, of growth. I truly don't understand what the hell people like about Tifa if they don't even look at the character. And I'm not saying Tifa isn't important; she is, but not in the glorified way they make her out to be. She's just as important as the rest, who are also important, but the most important one, because he's the protagonist, is and always will be Cloud.
The novel is written in omniscient third person with focalization on Aerith. That is not the same as limited third person.
The difference is that an omniscient narrator states objective facts from a position above the scene, while a limited narrator stays close to the character,
@Nanayuna__@MargotxAerith I wouldn't have thought SE wanted people to think all 3 actually happened, but then I noticed people saying that it looks like each one was animated to take place at a different time of night, thus making it possible. I'm fine if the book states that wasn't the case, though.
“The film depicts the comrades/FRIENDS who face the threat of the planet together and congratulate each other…..”
This is the official EverCrisis’s little summary of this specific scene right?
Tfa never escapes the eternal friendzone allegation lmfaooo
@KenMastersUSA@aiamaixg Im not fluent but i noticed this word “とりあえず” which means “for the time being” in the sentence about them being together. So it reads “for the time being, they would be together.” So it’s not just that they would be in the same location, but that it’s temporary.
