13 Oct - #Siemens#Bosch service executive visited after multiple requests. He prepared a list of parts that needed to be changed and told us that we would get the quote by email the same day evening.

Waitinh for last 10 days to get a quote for the parts that needs to be replaced. If it takes so long to provide a quote, how long will it take to provide actual parts? Years? This is so distressing. All my appliances are idle because @BoschGlobal doesn’t care for its customers.

@TataMotors@TataMotors On 03/05/23 I was informed that gear box with Order No: 32393090 has been dispatched from Pune plant & will receive it on monday. Now they say that it hasn't been dispatched yet. Did we just bought TATA car to keep it at home & keep looking at it daily.
