We're looking for top talent to join the Ninja team and provide concierge support to our clients in the central and west regions as we expand new dealer networks and grow our brand coverage in more areas.

Salary + Commission (uncapped) w/ Benefits
6 Months of guaranteed minimum pay

Your job will be to provide concierge service to our clients in our new markets, help them with their car buying experience using our platform, and establish strong relationships with new dealer partners.

You MUST be incredibly organized and detail-oriented, no exceptions.

You have to be a problem solver that can identify issues before anyone else, and find unique solutions.

You need to know your stuff when it comes buying and leasing new cars. If you've never bought a new car before, this probably isn't the right fit.

You've gotta love cars! We are a team of enthusiasts and have a passion for what we do.

• October was abysmal. Industry sales plunged to their lowest levels since January — an unusual drop for Q4 — leaving dealers under pressure and eager to move inventory.
• Emerging Supply Risks: Geopolitical tensions, chip shortages (notably from Nexperia), and aluminum constraints are already prompting production cuts.
• November Not December in 2025: With dealers hungry and rebates intact, November may outperform December for buyers. Early data shows transactions up 3x from the same period last month, as savvy shoppers move before supply tightens.
