I love real ale but really love it served from Auto-Vac pumps. I want to raise awareness and champion this method of pulling pints

The Hermit Inn (@Hermit_Ilkley). 4 cask ales on AV all kept & pulled brilliantly. Great food menu & amazing views across the Wharf valley. I highly recommend it.

The Market Shovel, Menston. Auto vac on 4 pumps but sadly, not a single staff member who properly pulled the pint through. Just took it to the top of the glass & stopped. Arguably worse than no auto vac! (Ok, it's not, but it's annoying)
