Personally, I'm not a fan of manual steps in automated pipelines. If you need "manual approval" you probably really need better testing.

Here's a hot tip: Saas offerings (usually) don't have this sort of issue since part of the price is for maintenance.

Worth considering when comparing PaaS & SaaS offerings.
