We’re very honoured to announce that we have been shortlisted in the 2025 CEDIA Smart Home Technology Awards as a Finalist in the ‘Technology Beyond the Home’ category (EMEA) for our project ‘College Care Kent’.
This was an exciting project to create a demonstration suite of our ‘Independent Living Smart Spaces’ concept. The demonstration suites showcase the power of combing smart home solutions with an activity monitoring solution to support people to live independently in the places they call home.
We installed the ‘Independent Living Smart Spaces’ demonstration suites, in 6 separate colleges in the Kent region, to help train the next generation of Health and Care sector staff.
We worked with the client to highlight the positive outcomes available, using smart home solutions and activity monitoring, across 3 distinct scenarios:
1. Living at Home with Dementia
2. Residential Care
3. Sheltered Housing
You can learn more about the project on our website: https://t.co/AnIYhFPjjK
