@sophaskins That's what the garage is for keeping, besides a ton of s!?T, and a few tools. Not seen a car for a very long time. Morland's brewery old speckled hen 0.5%
@konichiwakitty When you say wash, that includes a flush-through. I get yuk accumulating at the radiator's bottom middle creating a cold spot. Will be doing some flushing this summer, oh joy.
@konichiwakitty I use a radiator spanner like the one from screwfix, p/n 11467, Β£4.99. Do you have PTFE tape or gel for new fitting? Recently had a plumber fit a new radiator, but had great problems with leakage. It's less than 0.5 bar from a header tank!π
@RealSexyCyborg Recently supply had been a problem in the UK, as well as price increases. This is where the eggs should be in Sainsburys. One lone box of six left on the top. Probably from high priced designer freedom loved up hensπ
@sophaskins lol. But wait, we have a tools company in the UK called KingDick. It gets better, I think the outlet Screwfix stock them. @KingDickTools and @Screwfix, and no, it's not a dating app.
@IanCutress I often say that when I try and do something on the house, the house fights back. Right now. Trying to fit pump to hotwater system to make the shiny new bathroom shower. And the feed stopcock has seized. Metric fittings to Imperial pipes. It goes on.
@konichiwakitty@pinski1_ First place I'd look is around the elastomeric seal at the inlet to the water feed solenoid at top of your circle, where the white elbow fits, ( centre of your circle). Or, if the white elbow is a pressure release valve, maybe its become a bit leaky. But that's me guessing.
