I loved the first one. It was way better than the second, in my opinion.
THQ took over the second game and made it feel more arcadey, whereas the original was made by the creators of Driver, so it felt much more grounded and realistic. Or at least, it definitely felt that way to me.
I just wish they had looked more closely at what made the original so good, instead of moving away from it.
@_LMD2023@masikata_VRC Yeah, I’m the same. I look through tons of games, sit there procrastinating, and then before I know it, it’s time for bed haha. I love playing online, but it’s annoying when half the games just end up ending some strange glitch..
@_LMD2023@masikata_VRC Yeah, I’ve enjoyed it a lot. Having said that, I’m getting a little bored of it now. There just isn’t much to do really, and I’ve been super busy lately, so I’ve barely had time for gaming, which sucks haha.
Yeah, I was enjoying it. I only got up to the part where I got to drive the Jag, then saved it.
I’ve completed FH6, I just wanted to reach level 100 online before ditching it properly. Trying my hardest to stick to one game 😅
It’s been a crazy time for gaming, to be honest. Crimson Desert absolutely took my soul.
You know what? I clicked on as soon as I saw the white Ferrari.
I was already trying to work out what the hell Saber Interactive was doing with the Supra, then I said to myself, “Not a chance… this looks like Stuntman.”
My heart was genuinely pounding. I was confused, excited, trying to piece it together while watching, thinking, “It can’t be anything else… please, God, please.”
And then boom. It was.
Absolutely over the moon with this. What a team to have behind it too.
But for me, the very first game was always the best. The original Stuntman was made by the team behind Driver, and you could feel that. It felt more grounded, more real, and had that raw driving edge compared to the second one.
This has made my day.

@Zakon_BY Otis_Inf Not sure why I didn’t check him to be honest.
To be fair, I haven’t been playing it much lately. I’ve been stuck trying to max out Forza Horizon 6, but I’m definitely jumping back into First Light now.
Especially now he's released the tool.
I absolutely can’t wait for this! The hype is real.
It’s not close to my own idea so that's good, but I did laugh because I remember talking before about having proper little real-life details in cars, like cups in the cup holders, air fresheners, and stuff sitting on the dashboard… and they’ve actually done it in this haha.
All good though. Good ideas always get used eventually, and I’m just happy to see driving games finally paying attention to these little details.
