First, you'll work way more hours than you ever did at your old job, but you won't hate it. The freedom to choose what you're working on and when you do it changes the entire feeling of 'work'.

Second, everyone says you get to be your own boss. The truth is, you have more bosses than ever. Every client, every customer, every viewer... they're all your boss. The key is, you get to choose them.

And third, the hardest part isn't making money. It's managing your own mindset. The self doubt, the isolation, and forcing yourself to stay disciplined... that's the real battle nobody prepares you for.
