I am not an angry person but it seems like no one can hear my words clear enough to understand my emotions unless i’m mad. I am not an angry person but my sadness isn’t taken seriously until it turns into rage and it’s so wack how people just think i’m mad all the time.
Stop feeling guilty my love. For resting. For feeling the way you feel. For eating. For buying something that you wanted. For doing what’s best for you. For prioritizing yourself/your mental health. Etc. Please stop. Guilt harms your soul & health. It’s not worth it. Let go of it
Honestly if Auntie Anne’s ditched being in malls and started drive thru’s, I would be there every damn day. Who wouldn’t love a drive through with hot pretzels??
