A while back I stated that I thought Tubberville is blocking military promotions so that a Republican president can make them…now I’m sure that’s what he’s doing

On Dec 16th 2020 Trump wrote out an executive order to have the military take over the nation alleging rampant voter fraud… the military was to seize all voting machines and lethal force was to be used if people refused

Trump would claim the voting machines were influenced by foreign interests… he would have essentially created a military coup and taken over the government… except

Speculation is rampant on this but many believe it was because Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley would have refused the order to allow a military takeover of America… that is why Trump speaks of him with so much venom

Three weeks later acting Defense Secretary Miller ordered that no weapons would be allowed for J6, no riot control measures to be taken, and no surveillance measures allowed…

MAGA now understands that to have a military takeover they need the right people in place and that is why Tubberville is blocking promotions because Dems will put good people in place

It is a repeat of holding up SC nominations to ensure they got the Court they wanted

If you go back to Hitler, it was a media mogul billionaire named Alfred Hugenberg that propped up Hitler much like Fox News did Trump…billionaires supporting the Far Right today should learn from history…Hitler turned on them also and destroyed their democracy

I ran into a friend last night that I hadn’t seen in a while. (She’s a former Republican but TFG changed that! Years ago she was the Mayor in Hot Springs, Arkansas, irrelevant to my story here, just an interesting tidbit.) We were talking about everything going on in our country (primarily women’s rights) and I mentioned I spent most of my time on Twitter, and making phone calls, writing emails, etc. I made some silly comment about not knowing why I spend all my free time doing these things. She put her hands on my shoulders, looked me in the eyes, and said, “You do it because you have a daughter and you have granddaughters.” She’s right. I’m holding the door open, as best I can, for them and all the women behind me. #DemVoice1 #ProudBlue
