I placed two orders for #CowGhee: one for 1 liter and another for 5 liters (5 items). The delivery agent confirmed he had only 1 item and asked for the #OTP, suggesting the remaining items might be delivered separately. @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ @amazonIN @AmazonHelp

I provided the OTP, and both orders were marked as delivered. I contacted #AmazonCustomerCare and reported the issue. They confirmed with the delivery agent and initiated an #investigation, asking me to follow up in 4 days. @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ @amazonIN @AmazonHelp
