I think the statement here is: Justice is served.

Those who follow the Turkish agenda would have however come across the information that there has been a major criminal investigation launched in December 2025 against owners of the Gain platform for aggravated fraud, money laundering, illegal betting and all these things and since than law enforcement on orders of Istanbul public prosecutor detained and arrested three top executives, including the company's chairman and major shareholders.

The platform was not sold to new commercial owners. Instead, the government seized the platform's assets and appointed the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) as a state trustee to take total control of the operations.

This new administration alongside AY Yapim hence return EL Turco, following its major international success, to its rightful Turkish home.
