Pennsylvania State Police Bell 407GX (N873ST) was struck from behind by a Cessna 150H (N23330) while hovering in training at Carlisle Airport on Aug 19. The Cessna pilot was killed; two officers aboard the 407 were injured. FAA and NTSB are investigating.
