Not all rare earths are created equally.
Neodymium (Nd), praseodymium (Pr), dysprosium (Dy), and terbium (Tb) represent only 35–40% of 2025 volume, yet accounted for more than 95% of market value in 2025 and are projected to reach 99% of total REE market value by 2040.
Avalon’s Nechalacho Project hosts one of the highest concentrations in North America of the four magnet rare earth elements.
Critical to high performance permanent magnets used in EVs, wind turbines, and advanced technologies, this strong concentration positions Avalon to supply the most economically significant rare earths, strengthening a secure North American supply chain.
