I'm honored to be speaking at the @DiversityFL #WomenInLeadershipSymposium about my experiences with resilience, advocacy & breaking barriers. With continued awareness, we can create a world where everyone has an equal chance to succeed, regardless of their gender or background.
Now, as we all look to the future, I want to send you my best wishes for good health & fortune in the year ahead. From my family to yours, #happyholidays, and see you in 2023!
As we close out 2022, I've reflected on all that we have done as a firm this year. Though 2020 & 2021 were challenging years marked by historical events & unforeseen changes to our work & home lives, in 2022 it felt like we settled into a *NEW* normal - and, I really liked it.
The importance of good cyber security starts early. Today I spoke to my daughter’s 3rd-grade class and stressed the importance of strong passwords, including the do’s and don’ts.
It is never too early to start this practice in today's complex online world.
What an amazing @YPO Orlando experience. Sahil can’t stop talking about all he learned. Thanks @TommyHaas13 and Gregg Hill for a fun afternoon at @USTAFlorida.
She was the innovator of our SchellmanCARES program and brings leadership and immense value to other employee advocacy groups. I am honored to welcome Kristen to our executive team as the newest Principal of Schellman.
Congratulations to our newest member of the leadership team – Kristen Wilbur! A SchellmaNator since 2013, Kristen has worked tirelessly for our clients, and our employees.
While in NYC recently, I was able to catch up with a great client, see a few SchellmaNators, and enjoy some quality Italian food. Glad I was able to make the trip and stay a little longer for this visit.
This resonated with me while at #YPOEdge: “Never default to silence to address bias.” @trier Bryant
Like the Simon & Garfunkel song, The Sound of Silence, we need to resist the indifference that can pop up in the workplace. If we remain silent, we will never move forward.
Fluency is more than speaking the same language; it’s knowing how to understand a person beyond words. We should see our employees for who they are, not always the output they create. #YPOEdge
