This year, I made more money than my entire 17 year career combined.

Reason: I invested 60-70% of my entire net-worth in AI. And, it has gone up by 45% this year alone.

The macro thesis was simple:-

The marginal cost of AI production will keep coming down each year.

For eg. the Marginal cost of inference has fallen consistently, it's already happened multiple times (GPT-3.5-era cost per token vs now).

Yes, firms like NVIDIA, Meta etc (right now) are spending like there is no tomorrow. And, there is massive volatility on such stocks.

But, the core argument does not change: tech finds a way to lower the marginal cost of production. AI is going to be no different.

The most amount of investments on the AI Cycle is happening now. Setting up data centers is costly. And, we are possibly peaking in terms of the setup costs.

Once these are done. The marginal cost declines substantially. And, the profit margins rise.

People who are early to the AI trade would make the most money.

Unfortunately, most investors in India keep debating SIPs and PPFAS returns. And, keep missing out on the golden run of the AI stocks.

Wish there were most folks educating the masses about these topics.
