@MyIndusIndBank Can I get specific date by which this issue would be resolved? Because all I'm getting from 4 months is "Please be rest...our grievance team is looking into the issue" and no one from your team has contacted me.
Kindly take this issue seriously.

@MyIndusIndBank's customer service is a joke. I had sent the first mail regarding this complaint on 23 Oct '24 but the issue hasn't been resolved till now. 3+ months,countless complaints and still no resolution. Is this how you treat your customers? @RBI @RBIsays. Unacceptable!

I have a firm named A&S ENTERPRISES with @MyIndusIndBank but your bank system wrote it as A and S Enterprises.This is my reference no 64301995.
It isn't such a hectic process to change the name but still hasn't been resolved from almost 1 month. Kindly do the needful. @RBIsays

@MyIndusIndBank Even after filing multiple complaints, the issue hasn't been resolved till now.
These are all the service reference numbers that were provided to me on various occasions but there were no actions taken.
I hope the bank takes this issue seriously. @RBI @RBIsays
