@AveloAir isn't half the plan when you land an airplane to have a gate to go to? Almost an hour waiting on the tarmac.

Your customers like crap, ignoring their questions and answering with "there is nothing we can do"! Call customer service and I was 514 in line. After 24hrs I recd call back, and was hung up on when I challenged

Woke up this morning to go catch my flight with @AveloAir, only for it to be canceled three hours before the due flight!! Now I’m wondering why I am not allowed to reschedule my flight, and customer service wait time is over 5 hours

I’m having a terrible experience with @AveloAir and I haven’t even gotten to the airport.
