I can’t believe some of you guys are actually mad that Barça posted about Pedro’s retirement, with all the “I thought this was going to be about Messi” comments. Guys, Messi retired from international football, not football altogether. Pedro literally announced his retirement from the sport TODAY, so obviously Barça are going to acknowledge a former player who had an important career at the club. Yesterday was Messi’s day, Barça posted about him, and somehow one post still wasn’t enough. You can continue honoring Messi and everything he means to Barça without expecting every post to be about him. Sometimes you have to be willing to turn the page a little, and I don’t mean that disrespectfully at all.
