@EmbarkBulletin I gotta be one of DMZ’s biggest advocates, I absolutely loved DMZ when it dropped. I played well over 1,000 hours in the game and it made me enjoy playing CoD again. All that being said, one gamemode isn’t enough for me to pay full price because ik the rest of the game will blow

🚨🚨 Baltimore Ravens star RB Derrick Henry explained his diet/fasting routine during the season:

• No fried food
• No dairy
• No gluten
• No artificial sugars
• Doesn't eat until 4 or 5 PM during the season

Henry also stated that on days when he lets his body recover, he won’t eat until late afternoon and will have only one more meal at 8 before going to sleep.
