@RCNconnects If this is an indicator of the new Astound service taking over then I think it’s time to thinks twice. The phone support in this regard is also lacking guidance which shows what future trouble tickets will be like.
@LGUSSupport We have a family of 4 with 2 little children. Have had the repairman come out 6 times to fix our new LG fridge with Linear compressor technology. Replaced compressor, condensor, valve and other items. LG support stated they still can't consider replacement.
Can’t believe @DELL EMC charged my card 3 times for a large laptop order. Should have been $4000 but instead they triple charged me $12000. No one has called me since last week and I’m a supposedly valued customer??? I’m done...
