@FamilyMobile After 7 yrs with Walmart Family Mobile, they transferred me to Straight Talk without my consent. Lost my rewards, spent hours on the phone, and still no fix. They said I have to wait 3 weeks for them to correct a mistake they made. Absolutely done.

@zurispiration Well said. This literally hits home. It took a lot of strength to do it, and it can backfire. However, it better for everyone in the long run. Doing so has lifted so much weight off me and hopefully that sets a positive example for the rest of my family.
