@GO_TIP A#5- Seesaw is great for exit tickets and quick checks. Sometimes I will also have them type in the chat box or stay online and verbally check in with the students!
@GO_TIP A#4: We use Seesaw and iReady the most! Seesaw is easy for my 1st graders to navigate and iReady really shows me what they know in Reading and in Math- and their growth! Lots of little reminders to do this on their own though :)
@GO_TIP A#3: A big barrier has been lack of technology with some of my virtual students! Engagement can also be a barrier especially when my attention might be elsewhere- my team made a virtual boot camp for families of virtual learners this semester to remind everyone of expectations!
@GO_TIP Q1: I am all for technology in the classroom! Without it, we would not be successful during this pandemic. I am finding that it really helps me to personalize learning for my students- especially the ones at home.
