July 10,2025—At the request of the TPUSA field representative, UVU TPUSA Club President
contacted the Clubs Office requesting the specific use of the Fountain Courtyard for a September 10 TPUSA event.

August 25—Major Events Assessment Committee (MEAC) met with a TPUSA field
representative and UVU TPUSA Club President via Microsoft Teams. UVU participants raised concerns about the outdoor courtyard location, anticipated
attendance, protest activity, crowd management, and the abilty to control access.

TPUSA requested the event remain in the Fountain Courtyard despite concerns and suggestions to consider alternate venues.

TPUSA preferred the Fountain Courtyard and outside-managed ticketing; the committee ultimately
allowed the event to proceed in the requested location and allowed TPUSA to manage ticketing.

However, this is what Brian Harpole said on Shawn Ryan’s podcast:

🚨 BREAKING: Life360 data released shows Warren Hudson and Nolan Wells went to McDonald’s on two separate trips on the morning of July 4.

Nolan’s GPS data shows him at McDonald’s at approximately 8:24 AM, while the newly released Life360 data shows Warren at McDonald’s from 7:42 AM–7:55 AM—roughly 30 minutes earlier.

Speculation arose because Nolan’s GPS showed him going to McDonald’s, while Warren had also said he went to McDonald’s but that Nolan was not with him. The newly released data appears to support that account: they went at separate times, not together.
