@ythgirw@HM_Passport I guess it'll cost too much. They get around 50,000 daily applications, and that's online only. They can barely pay their staff π
@LizWhiteywhite@HM_Passport During busy periods, it takes a while for them to open all mail and attach the documents to the application. Till then, you'll keep receiving those automatic emails. It'll be a matter of time before your tracking status changes to 'documents received' and the emails stop.
@rwilk9@HM_Passport Appointments are released around 3 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, they're all booked up at the moment. I'd follow @ukpassportcheck to see appointments as soon as they're released.
@themaster727@HM_Passport From my knowledge of previously working there, you don't need to send in any documents. But in case things have changed, give them a call to make sure.

@themaster727@HM_Passport Looks like you've entered the parents passport details and you're applying as the mother. In that case you don't need to send in any documents and just need to confirm the identity.
If they require any more documents they'll contact you.
Keep an eye on your Tracking
@John23036440@HM_Passport You need to apply for a replacement passport using the online service. In the page where they ask you if your passport is damaged, answer yes.
@Lindsey43620664 @HM_Passport@ukpassportcheck I'd try the standard service if you're not in a hurry. As of now 50% of the staff are still turning up to work. The rest are on strike.
@Suzannehome2@davidcornock@HM_Passport That's not true. If you look at their messaging around their services, they're actually trying to deter people from using urgent services
@GemTerry@HM_Passport Try logging into tracking. If you don't have a reference number that means you haven't completed the application. The pending charge on your account will not be charged.
I'd start again.
