Alternatives: if you have time runes, teleport in to Kharazi jungle and restore the fairy ring thereafter; or use a specific clue scroll teleport with the globetrotter jacket.

@Peko_girlboss Quark Drive can activate on Electric Terrain even if the Pokémon is ungrounded.

Iron Jugulis is not bad, but was mainly used to counter one Mon in VGC. With Quark Drive, it outspeeds Calyrex-S and has a fast way to set up Tailwind, or threaten with a strong Dark Pulse or Snarl.
