What is the issue don’t know but the battery shows a sudden drop and after few seconds it get back to original charge and scooter gets in parked mode and need to start scooter again @OlaElectric @bhash

@OlaElectric Its been more than 19 Hrs. But still no call from OLA to know what is the problem…

Its been less then 1 month and my S1 Air battery has been damaged & need to get replaced, wasting lakhs of Rs. just for defective products and now need to wait for 1 month or more to get my battery replaced, it’s just waste of time and money @OlaElectric @bhash @Khalidaaalbadri

Charge is 34% then too it suddenly goes to 3% and scooter itself goes in parking mode and after few seconds it gets beck to 34% again. completely fed up from the services of @OlaElectric @bhash

Waiting from 1 hour to get our scooter hyper charge in surat, one is working and one is not working made complaints thousands of time but till now there is no solution and in this much big city there are only 4 charging stations @OlaElectric @bhash

In a city where there are 1000’s of OLA Scooter but against that we have only 4 hyper charging station in which one is under maintenance from last one month please increase the charging station in surat @OlaElectric @bhash

@OlaElectric I have already received my permanent vehicle registration number and all other details os RC book and all but still there is no update in application

@gedaofficial @mnreindia @GujEPDept @PORTS_TRANS_GUJ When we have booked EV at that time subsidy was available due to that we are able to buy EV, but now we have checked that it has been closed, due to this its been very difficult to buy an EV vehicle for us
