@poojaofficial5 As a banker I agree ... chq should have designated place in the back for sign too.Still only signing front is also valid too.I always pass those cheque's by confirm with the account holder. Cashier is safeguarding himself beacuse if anything goes wrong bank will terminate him.

Bipartite mai kya hota hai kuch nhi.... ek banks officer aur ek central govt ki Chaprasi ka basic salary same hai. Aur clericals to door door tak nhi hai ye salary wale group mai. Bank clerk ki salary bs survival ho jayegi baki to unko allowances bhi nhi deti banks.Yai hai bipartite ki reality.
Banks mai staff nhi hai like BOB , SBI jaise banks. Customers jaye to time pe kam ni hota, leave mago to leave nhi dete, subah 9 am se raat k 8 pm tak roj giste raho fir bhi kaam kam nhi hota.
Jab sare department mai 5 days hai to banks mai q nhi. Yai ki rbi mai bhi 5 days hai to banks mai Dene mai kya diktat hai... Ya to 2nd sat aur 4th sat wo bhi working kar do. Ya to sabhi sat ko holiday rakho ya sabhi sat ko open Rakho... ye beech beech mai open close wala game q khelna hai ???

Why more recruitment is not taking place in banks and staffs are sitting from 9 am to 9 pm with staff shortage specially in big banks like SBI, BOB etc?? if every department is having 5 days week even in private sector and even rbi who mange banks then why not bank's itself ??? PLI given to upper management 7 lacs + why, those are customer's money make bank profitable and they distributed like sweets to upper management's??? No work life balance, no transfers even after 10 years with 2500 kms away from home due to staff shortages and it's basic employees will get frustrated.
And you talk about generation change.. new generation don't want to join banks and many leaves within months due to pressure and no guarantee of transfer in banks like BOB 😅
In many banks minimum 10 staff required but they working with 4 -5 staffs. Do you think customer's will be happy of they ho to those branches by seeing long que and irritated mood of employee 🤣 Even I don't want to these branch where my work is not done on time and que is small and environment is healthy.

@unsungserenity Better then babus who eat pan Masala in all govt. Offices .... except we don't eat pan masala spit next to chair... better then those corrupt officers of ministries whose salary is 1 lac but have more property then big celebrities 😉

@MANAVSINGH_IND Dude are you high. . 😅 Banks ka bs chale to wo 10 staff ka kam 1 se hi karate wo bhi 24×7 .... banks are very understaff ... top most banks like SBI, BOB and PNB etc... they need more staff even to run branches and you are saying rotation... not in 100 years of dream 😅

I respect your opinion.... but banks don't have that many staffs for rotation. Banks are very understaffed and it's impossible for your idea in ground. And your idea banks will not use because banks wants cost cutting and if more employees and more facilities to customers will be given then banks may not be able to give 7 lacs PLI to upper management ....

Why are bankers on strike? Because the exploitation has to stop.
​1) 5-Day Banking: We regularly work 12-hour shifts (9 AM to 9 PM). If private corporate sectors and govt departments get 2-day weekends, why are bankers treated differently? We deserve a work-life balance.
2) PLI Disparity: Frontline branch staff generate the vast majority of bank profits, yet Scale 4+ management gets ₹7L+ in PLI while branch staff receive crumbs i.e like small biscuit to a dog for 5-15 days. Stop distributing branch-earned profits like free handouts to top executives.
3) Understaffing: Customers wait in lines for hours for simple KYC/cash work because branches are severely understaffed. Recruit more staff to reduce stress on employees and improve service for the public!
