We connected with the ophthalmology community at #AAO2026 to explore the potential of optogenetics for inherited retinal diseases (IRDs).

These conversations are an important part of the journey as we advance our investigational gene therapy, AVB-307, for RP & other IRDs.

Last week, we connected with researchers, clinicians & families at #ISFTD2026 who are driving the field forward & had the opportunity to share additional Phase 1/2 ASPIRE-FTD data for our investigational gene therapy, AVB-101.

The momentum is strong. We’re ready for what’s next.

AviadoBio co-founder Chris Shaw & @KingsCollegeLon identified FUS mutations as a cause of familial ALS. Their discovery helped inform ulefnersen, an investigational therapy that showed positive topline results, showing how foundational research can advance potential treatments.

New biomarker & safety data from our Phase 1/2 ASPIRE-FTD trial show early signs of dose-dependent increases in cerebrospinal fluid progranulin.

The data will be presented at #ISFTD2026 on Oct. 11 at 9:15 a.m. ET.

As World FTD Awareness Week comes to an end, this momentum carries us into #ISFTD2026.

#TeamAviadoBio will be onsite with the FTD community, where we’ll share additional data from our Phase 1/2 ASPIRE-FTD trial evaluating AVB-101 for FTD-GRN.

If you’ll be there, let’s connect.

We’re heading to #EURETINA2026!

Our team will be onsite, connecting with the retina research community & sharing how AviadoBio applies optogenetic #GeneTherapy to our work in IRDs.

Attending? Let’s connect.

This #WorldAlzheimersMonth, we recognize the patients, families and caregivers whose lives are drastically changed by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

We stand with this community and remain committed to pursuing new possibilities in neurodegenerative disease.

What a week at #AAIC! It was an incredible gathering of minds advancing research in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

A highlight for us was sharing data across two programs—AVB-101 targeting FTD and AVB-406 targeting Alzheimer’s & other tauopathies.

20 years ago, our understanding of #FTD changed.

In July 2006, researchers established progranulin's central role in FTD — the foundation of our FTD-GRN work today.

Thank you to the FTD community moving this mission forward. The most important work is still ahead.
