Turkish Air Force to Receive Two Additional C-130J Transport Aircraft by Year-End

According to the Turkish Ministry of National Defense, the Turkish Air Force is expected to take delivery of two additional C-130J transport aircraft by the end of 2026, further enhancing its strategic and tactical airlift capabilities.

With the new deliveries, the Turkish Air Force's C-130 fleet is expected to grow to 21 aircraft, including both C-130B and C-130E variants currently in service, alongside the newly acquired C-130J models.

Primeira aeronave de treinamento e combate Yak-130M decola na Rússia
👉 O voo de estreia da aeronave ocorreu nas instalações da fábrica de aviões da Yakovlev, de onde o Yak-130M decolou e permaneceu no ar por cerca de 50 minutos. Durante o teste, atingiu uma altitude de aproximadamente 2.000 metros e voou a uma velocidade em torno de 600 km/h.
Os pilotos de testes responsáveis pelo voo destacaram que a aeronave apresentou um comportamento "dentro do esperado" durante toda a missão e que não foi registrado qualquer tipo de incidente.

Angola purchased Africa’s first L-39 Skyfox

📌 Czech manufacturer AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE announced the milestone agreement on June 18, 2026, alongside a separate deal with an unnamed North American civil customer.

📌 Angola intends to acquire up to 4 newly manufactured Skyfox jets to augment its air force fleet. The purchase agreement also includes provisions for spare parts, ground support services, and a comprehensive training system to facilitate the aircraft’s integration into operational service.

📌 The Angolan Air Force currently operates the older L-39 Albatros, a Cold War-era trainer aircraft that the Skyfox was designed to supersede. Initially, Angola requested Aero Vodochody to refurbish its existing jets rather than acquire new ones.
