Time to introduce you to another of our new Trustees!
Today it's AJ Thompson, also a Royal Navy Officer, who believes aviation thrives when it attracts diverse talent, & making the industry accessible & inclusive is crucial so it benefits from varied perspectives & experiences.
We're so excited to introduce our new Trustees! First up is Dal Nwokora, a Royal Navy Officer with experience of both engineering & flying. Having been mentored himself during his career, he's the perfect addition to help further our mission to bring aviation to a wider audience.

Groups exercises are used by airlines to test leadership skills, communication and decision-making under pressure, and are one of the hardest parts of the recruitment process. Particularly if you've never had the chance to practice. (4/5)
In May, we got to visit RAF Odiham.
A group of mentees and mentors got to explore the station and get up close to the Chinooks and the ATC tower. Everyone had a great time and the day was a fantastic success!
