1. You don't need to shout. Just face me when you speak.

2. If there's background noise it's harder. Suggest stepping outside?

3. I know it's frustrating having to repeat yourself. It's even harder work to listen twice. Be kind

@g_hellowell Sure!!! This is a venomous lizard. They are typically all black with coloring on the head and tail. They are found in the desert. They spend 95% of the time underground. They typically are 4ft in length
