@WhitneyGrenaway Engage upper back to create a wedge under the bar and don’t let elbows drift too far back when you squat, it will push the bar up your neck and force your wrists into extension. And you will lose your back (lat) engagement.
@WhitneyGrenaway I would work on not rushing the setup of the squat, when you go under the bar you should get in a braced and set position so when you unrack you’re already in a good position to squat
