If Nkrumah were here, I believe he would say Ghana Must Work too because independence was never supposed to end with a flag, an anthem and a Ghanaian sitting in the seat of government.

The deeper promise was that the Ghanaian would live with dignity in his own country.

That our children would be educated.
Our people would have opportunities.
Our resources would build our nation.
And the ordinary Ghanaian would feel the meaning of freedom in everyday life.

Independence gave us the right to govern ourselves.

Our generation must prove that we can govern ourselves well.

The unfinished work of freedom is to build a country that actually works for its people.

A phone dealer known as Nana Yaw, popularly known at Circle as Dinero/Terry, has reportedly been missing for three days after travelling to Teshie to close a phone deal.

According to reports, Nana Yaw drove to Teshie in his Honda Civic and shared his live location with a friend before arriving. However, after some time, the friend noticed that the live location had been deleted from their chat.

Both Nana Yaw and his vehicle have since not been found.
