@QBBafterdark Could def check to see if they could do a custom. I've seen their posts about doing fittings at cons or at Mr S in SF. I'd maybe suggest looking into metal ones but that's more expensive to risk.

@QBBafterdark Could be strain. The Cage and ring slipping down and pinching the nerves. Was happening to me at first then a thicker ring and a better sized cage helped. Also getting the elastic belt strap to keep it against my body. Stopped the slipping entirely. Also not over doing the lotion
