Full lies the truth is the cps make plea deals to save going to trial I know of one care we all tried from the start to get them charged with with attempted murder after premeditated attack on victim after being coerced to the attacks flat being locked in and stabbed in the head 1mm from skull 4 inch long wound he managed to escape lucky to someone house but passed out and needed resuscitation on entry’s and lose of blood, so the cps changed him with actual body harm and robbery on a dwelling, only for them to negotiate on day of trial to basically nothing he ended up year on tag while wait on trial them 36 months reduced by 180 days so went to prison then they let loads out apparently not violent he done 26 days I could have done better in court myself I’d have took it on but so the absolute bullshit from gov makes u sick
