@smithsonian The zoo was able to open in the late summer/early fall and just allow people to visit the outdoor spaces. Even when the rest of the Smithsonian was closed. I’m unclear why you can’t do the same thing now??

@Instacart horrible customer service. Only got half the items I purchased today and the person who delivered forgot a bag and didn’t care. Then was told there was no compensation for it by customer service. Will not use Instacart again
