On behalf of the Asheville Buncombe Regional Sports Commission, we are heartbroken by the devastation of Hurricane Helene. Our staff, Chris Smith and Madison Davis, who are both WNC natives, are safe and determined to help this community recover.
Due to ongoing power outages, lack of running water, and limited cell service, we are still collecting information from officials regarding timelines. Once we have a better understanding, we can make a decision of what future events look like for our organization.
π¨Local High School Spotlight:
Last month our President, Chris Smith and our great friends with @InglesAdvantage had the privilege in presenting new digital down markers to all @BuncombeSchools and @AVLCitySchools high school π football programs.
