A beautiful day for math outdoors. We measured angles and used algebra to figure out the supplementary angles.

Take a cube, add the 4th dimension of time and the 5th a portal to time travel or a "tesseract." We explored geometric shapes after reading chapter 5: The Tesseract from “A Wrinkle in Time.” We are curious how they will portray time travel when we see the show at the festival.

Exploring forces in gym….. an object in motion stays in motion unless acted upon by a force! Also a high energy game to keep everyone active and working together!!!

Stem challenge: to create a structure to withstand the weight of a basketball being pulled down by gravity using paper. Students had to find ways to make the paper stronger e.g. folding/ rolling and make changes if their tower crumpled or the ball fell off.
