Sally finished 14th in her age group, Jen 8th and Emily 11th. 🇬🇧 💛💚

Amazing Try-a-Tri session this morning for AVT.
Started with a 30-minute swim at Trowbridge pool, followed by a 16k cycle to North Bradley, Westbury & back to Trowbridge, then a 5k out & back run to Southwick Country park.
We had a well-deserved brekkie at #Valerosa after. 😋
