@MrClaytonSmith On an England RFU scrummaging CCD course last week. One slide referenced RFU studies into the benefits of the Activate programme. One study referenced male youths and the other adult males. I asked if Activate doesn’t work for females? Cultural change needed from the top.

@MrClaytonSmith Sadly it’s not just in the school system. It’s the same in clubs too. For the last 10 years opposition coaches have always approached our male coaches first, despite me being the Head Coach for different age group. Still happens now and I coach an U18 girls group.
